Installing Your New RXV/TXT Seat

Tools needed for installation:

  • T45 Star Bit
  • 15mm Deep Well Socket
  • Philips Screwdriver or Bit
  • Ratchet
  • Drill
  • Battery Driver
  • Rubber Hammer/Wooden Block

Installation of Back RXV

Installation of Back RXV

1. To remove the back locate the 4 bolts. The top two are down inside the holes in the canopy. If these are tight to get the socket into, tap it with the rubber hammer or wooden block.

2. After removing the 4 Bolts, carefully take off the bottom seat and locate your new seat.

3. Reinstall the new seat by aligning the new seat holes with the holes in the body structure. Hand tightens the bolts before using the driver. Leave all the loose bolts until they are threaded into the hole of the back seat.

2. After removing the 4 Bolts, carefully take off the bottom seat and locate your new seat.

3. Reinstall the new seat by aligning the new seat holes with the holes in the body structure. Hand tightens the bolts before using the driver. Leave all the loose bolts until they are threaded into the hole of the back seat.

1. To remove the bottom seat, step into the cart from the passenger side. Flip the seat up, then lift straight from the hinges.

2. Lay the seat face done on a protective surface.

3. To remove the hinge plate, locate the Philips Drive

4. To remove the Hip Restraint, use the T45 star bit.

5. Move the old seat and place the new seat face down.

6. Install the Hip restraints and hinge plates to new seat, note the smaller hip restraint goes to driver side of seat. The Hinge plates go with the grove to the front of the seat.

4. To remove the Hip Restraint, use the T45 star bit.

5. Move the old seat and place the new seat face down.

6. Install the Hip restraints and hinge plates to new seat, note the smaller hip restraint goes to driver side of seat. The Hinge plates go with the grove to the front of the seat.
